These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of taskzero.dev (the "Site") and the services offered by Jenny Miranda LLC, doing business as Task/Zero ("Task/Zero," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
2. Services
Task/Zero provides AI deployment and go-to-market advisory services. Any specific engagement, scope, or deliverables will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between Task/Zero and the client, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
3. Booking Calls and Communications
When you book a call, submit a form, or otherwise provide contact information (including your email or phone number), you consent to being contacted by Task/Zero regarding your request.
4. SMS Program Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from Task/Zero, the following terms apply:
Consent. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Task/Zero related to your inquiry, appointments, or (where separately opted in) marketing updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any services.
Message frequency varies. Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@taskzero.dev.
No sharing. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in status are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Task/Zero and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Task/Zero does not guarantee any specific business outcomes or results from use of the Site or our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
